BİRİÇİM BİHTER KOCA
Biriçim Bihter KOCA is the Founding and Managing Partner of Koca Law Office. She has completed her undergraduate education at TOBB ETU Faculty of Law and after working for leading law firms she has established Koca Law Office. She is a graduate student at TOBB ETU Institute of Social Sciences in Private Law Program.
Ms. KOCA’s practice focuses on Corporate Law; Mergers, divisions, acquisitions, company establishment and registration process and consultancy for corporate companies. Intellectual and Industrial Property Law; registration and transfer of trademarks, patents, copyrights and criticisms, Citizenship Law; Management of the legal processes for the acquisition of citizenship and residence, Real Estate Law; deed cancellation and registration cases, elimination of joint ownership and determination cases, Lawsuits arising from mortgage disputes, Construction Contracts against Flat and Projects and Acquisition by Foreigners, Family Law; Divorce and post-divorce division of property, child cases as well as alimony, custody cases, return of gifts after engagement, and the management of all legal processes and the experience of resolving the disputes that may arise.
In addition to these practice areas, Ms. KOCA represent various local and international companies in several projects and transactions involving international trade, international arbitration and commercial law matters. She has also worked on Turkish Commercial Law, International Trade Law, Banking Law, Energy Law and Construction Law, and provided consultancy services to national and international investment companies. She has been actively advising foreign investors in their transactions and litigation and consultancy matters in Turkey and abroad.
She fluently speaks and negotiates in English and Russian.
